Simbotis Home Improvements is a home improvement, building and renovation company based at 51 Veld Road, Belgravia, Athlone, Cape Town, working across the Cape Town Peninsula.
Who we are
We are a home improvement and renovation company serving homeowners, landlords, property investors, offices and commercial clients. Our work is hands-on and practical: we improve, maintain and transform spaces so that they look better and work better for the people using them.
What we do
We take on building, painting, paving, plastering, roofing and tiling work. That covers everything from a single room being retiled or repainted, through to exterior improvements such as paving, plastering and roof repairs. Where a project needs more than one of these trades, we coordinate the work so it runs in a sensible order.
Our approach
Good improvement work starts long before the first tool comes out. We listen to what you want to achieve, look at what the property actually needs, and give you straightforward advice. Preparation is planned properly, expectations are agreed up front, and we keep you informed while the work is under way.
Our commitment to quality
We would rather spend extra time on preparation and finishing than hand over work that looks acceptable at first glance and disappoints later. Surfaces are prepared, levels and lines are checked, and the finishing details are given proper attention. We also treat your property with respect while we are on site.
